RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our ultimate priority, and while returns and exchanges are accepted, we do have the following requirements: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. All clothing and merchandise must not have been worn, washed, or damaged to be eligible for store credit. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange any items. Carefully read the following instructions to make any returns or exchanges go as seamlessly as possible:

FIRST CONTACT ROCK.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE AT STORE@ROCK.COM WITH A SHORT EXPLANATION OF WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM.

You will then be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping address. You must include the RMA number along with a copy of your packing slip. Upon receiving your items, we will notify you through email and give you a store credit in the amount of your original purchase. Instances of manufacturing defects will also be eligible for a full refund on your credit card. NOTE THAT ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT.

Please be aware that all orders are final. Once an order has been processed, a customer may not cancel or receive any reimbursement or refund with respect to that order.
